I. We have a disclaimer form that the client needs to feel-in at the office, confirming that the client is physically fit to go on a speedboat and also participate in the activities done by IAC Watersports Ltd.
II. The clients has to follow the instructions given by the skippers, monitors and master-divers during their activities.
III. Any client who do not comply with instructions given while with-in our speedboats or on our plat-forms is taking his own responsibility in case an accident or any unforeseen circumstances happen.
IV.Our speedboats are equipped with life jackets, medical first-aid kits
IAC Watersports Ltd will not take any responsibility in case an accident happen to a client with-in the influence of alcohol or drug substances
